Who this is for
Solana DAO teams that have been operating for at least three months and hold an active realm. Typical clients include NFT collectives, gaming guilds, and DeFi contributor groups where founding members still hold most voting power but day-to-day work has expanded beyond the original four signers.

What is not included
Legal review of your charter, on-chain transaction execution, or ongoing advisory retainer. Custom research beyond the summary pack is quoted separately at ₩95,000 per hour.
How to prepare
Share your governance documents at least 5 days before the session. Include your Realms link or equivalent, a list of current council members, and any open proposals. Assign one point person to attend and answer factual questions about recent votes.

Remote via video call (English or Korean). In-person clinics at our Cheonan office are available at the in-person reading session rate — contact us to combine formats.
